1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you," or "your") and cmd77 ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the cmd77 online gaming platform available at https://cmd77.cam (the "Platform"). • "KYC" means Know Your Customer, the identity verification process required by international gaming regulations to confirm your identity, age, and address.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To register an account and use cmd77 services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, which is the legal age of adulthood in Indonesia and the minimum age for gambling activities under Indonesian and international gaming standards.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or legally present in Indonesia at the time of accessing the Platform.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or banned from gambling by any regulatory authority.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party or creating an account for commercial purposes.

3.2 Account Registration Process

When registering your Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You must not:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Create multiple accounts. Each Player is permitted only one (1) Account with cmd77. Detection of duplicate accounts will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.
• Allow any other person to access or use your Account credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• Register an Account if you have previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from cmd77 or any affiliated platform.

3.3 KYC Verification

cmd77 operates under international gaming licenses that mandate identity verification for all players. Before your first withdrawal, and at any time thereafter at our discretion, you may be required to submit the following documents for KYC verification:

• Government-issued photo identification (KTP Indonesian national identity card, passport, or driver's license).
• Proof of address dated within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence).
• Selfie photograph holding your ID next to your face for biometric comparison.
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank statement, e-wallet screenshot, or credit card photo with middle digits obscured).

Failure to provide requested KYC documents within fourteen (14) days of request may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions. All documents are encrypted and stored securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

cmd77 supports deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Indonesian Banks: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, and Bank Danamon.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, though unusually large transactions may be subject to additional KYC verification for anti-money laundering (AML) compliance. Deposits are processed instantly upon bank confirmation, typically within seconds. cmd77 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Processing Times

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, in compliance with AML regulations. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 per transaction. There is no maximum withdrawal limit per transaction, though large withdrawals may be processed in multiple installments at our discretion for security purposes.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Standard Processing: 5-15 minutes during WIB business hours (08:00 - 22:00 WIB, Monday through Sunday).
• Off-Peak Processing: Up to 2 hours during low-traffic periods (22:00 - 08:00 WIB).
• First Withdrawal: May require up to 24 hours for initial KYC verification and fraud checks.

You may request a maximum of three (3) withdrawals per 24-hour period. cmd77 reserves the right to delay or cancel any withdrawal request that fails security checks, appears fraudulent, or violates these Terms.

4.3 Bonus Wagering and Withdrawal Restrictions

If you have an active bonus balance, you must complete the applicable wagering requirements before requesting a withdrawal. Any attempt to withdraw funds before completing wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus amount and any winnings derived from bonus play. 5. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

5.1 Sports Betting

cmd77 offers sports betting markets on football (including BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and FIFA World Cup), basketball, tennis, badminton, volleyball, MotoGP, and E-sports. All bets are subject to the specific rules of each sport and market type. Common bet types include:

• Asian Handicap (voor bola in Indonesian): A form of spread betting that eliminates the draw outcome by giving one team a virtual head start or deficit.
• Over/Under: Betting on whether the total goals, points, or other statistics will exceed or fall short of a specified line.
• Mix Parlay: Accumulator bets combining multiple selections into one wager, with all selections required to win for payout.
• 1X2: Traditional three-way betting on home win, draw, or away win.
• Live Betting: In-play wagering on events as they occur in real time.

In the event of a match postponement, cancellation, abandonment, or result change due to official ruling, bets will be settled according to official sporting body decisions. cmd77 reserves the right to void bets on matches affected by technical errors, obvious pricing mistakes (palps), or suspected match-fixing.

5.2 Casino Games and Live Dealer

All casino games including slots, table games, and live dealer games operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live game show equipment audited by independent testing laboratories. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published transparently for all slots and are calculated over millions of game rounds. Individual session results may vary significantly from stated RTP due to variance and statistical probability.

Players are prohibited from using automated betting software, bots, collusion, card counting devices, or any form of cheating or advantage play. Detection of such activities will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

5.3 Bet Acceptance and Settlement

A bet is considered accepted only when you receive on-screen confirmation and the bet appears in your Account history. cmd77 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion, particularly for unusually large wagers or patterns suggesting fraudulent activity. In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, cmd77's records and determinations are final and binding.

6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

cmd77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity. We strongly encourage all players to gamble responsibly and never wager more than they can afford to lose. Gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a way to make money or escape personal problems.

Available responsible gaming tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits can be reduced immediately or increased after a 48-hour cooling-off period.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

cmd77 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets, and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who meet the qualification criteria stated in each promotion.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times (typically 5x to 30x the bonus amount) before winnings can be withdrawn.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or not legally permitted to gamble in your jurisdiction.
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your Account.
• Money laundering or using cmd77 services for any illegal financial activity.
• Collusion, cheating, or using automated betting software, bots, or scripts.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities for unfair advantage.
• Chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraudulent disputes after depositing and playing.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, cmd77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from gambling activity.
• Technical malfunctions, server downtime, or interrupted service.
• Errors in odds, bet settlement, or game results.
• Unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to maintain password security.
• Third-party payment processing delays or failures.

cmd77 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the Platform will meet your specific requirements.

10. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after deducting any outstanding obligations. cmd77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms.
• We detect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or illegal conduct.
• You fail to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• You request self-exclusion or are placed on a responsible gaming restriction.
• We discontinue services in your jurisdiction due to regulatory changes.

Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms are immediately revoked, and you must cease all use of the Platform.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cmd77 holds its gaming license. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

12. Changes to Terms
